It was an unfair challenge, Oliver. Sorry. But when I saw your appreciation of Tom Waits and Tank Girl, I couldn’t resist. It’s a throw-away joke from the 2nd season of Blackadder (Rowan Atkinson.) Some great comedy here, but if you’re not familiar, start with season two. The first season never found its legs. In my opinion there were three truly great scripted TV comedies. Blackadder, Fawlty Towers, and Yes, Minister.
